Rosemary Hayward  is the author of Margaret Leaving.

Rosemary was born in Hertfordshire, England, and read English at Hertford College, Oxford. Since then she has worked in Oxford, Nottingham, London, Bracknell and Santa Cruz, California, where she now lives and earns a living preparing tax returns. She likes history, paintings, stately homes, churches, murder mysteries, gardens, movies, maps and numbers.

She is working on a new novel: Crocus Fields, the story of three women living in different time periods.
